How to use:
Use the bleaching powder in combination with FARCOM PROFESSIONAL CREAM DEVELOPER 6% – 20vol, 9% – 30vol or 12% – 40vol (depending on the desired degree of lightening), following the indicative instructions in the corresponding table.
Mixing Ratio 1:2.
Mix 1 part SERI BLONDE EFFECTS powder with 2 parts FARCOM PROFESSIONAL CREAM DEVELOPER in a non-metallic bowl and apply to unruly hair.
Wait until the desired level of re-opening is reached (maximum recommended waiting time: 45 minutes).
Rinse with lukewarm water and wash your hair with SERI EXPERTS ASSIST shampoo after technical work.
The lower the strength of the oxidizing cream in the mixture, the smoother the bleaching process.
The final result depends on the grades of CREAM DEVELOPER, the color, the quality of the hair and the waiting time.
