  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.
  • Charge: £15.00 (ex VAT) for all orders.

Items Shipped Directly from Supplier:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks. For beauty equipment (or products marked with icon delivery direct from the supplier) and items classified as large or heavy, the delivery period may be extended due to unforeseen transport delays. In the event of such delays, you will be notified via your account's registered email address or the phone number provided at checkout.

Items marked as Pre-Order:

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.
Overseas delivery
  • Export Orders: Orders placed outside the UK. No VAT/TAX will be charged at the time of purchase by Beautyfor. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
  • Delivery Costs: Varies by destination and weight of the parcel. Delivery quote is provided.
  • Payment Method: Bank transfer (BACS) only for international orders.

Stock Availability, Receiving Goods, Pallet and Kerbside delivery
  1. Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 3 PM, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day
  2. Stock Availability: In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. Your order may be split into partial shipments as a result. Our team will contact you to arrange and discuss the delivery.
  3. Receiving Goods: Upon receipt of your delivery, it is imperative to inspect all items immediately. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to BeautyFor within 2 business days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the loss of your right to claim. Ensure you document any visible damage to the packaging with photographs and retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Our team will assist you in coordinating replacements or refunds as necessary.
  4. Pallet and delivery / Kerbside: For large or heavy items, delivery will be made kerbside only. Please note that assistance for unloading these items may require prior arrangement and incur additional charges. If you need help with unloading, please contact the chosen delivery service in advance to discuss the necessary arrangements and associated costs. It is important to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive and manage the items upon arrival.
General Delivery Policies & Information

BeautyFor partners with Parcelforce and DPD to provide premium delivery services. You will receive full tracking details via email or text. Additional delivery options are available as follows:

  • Leaving with a Neighbour: Available for both Parcelforce and DPD services upon request.
  • Leaving in a Safe Place: Available for both Parcelforce and DPD services upon request.
  • Diverting to a DPD Pickup Point: Available for DPD services upon request.
  • Scheduling Delivery for a Convenient Day: Available for DPD services upon request.
  • DPD App: The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience.

Salon Equipment and Furniture products marked as Shipped direct from the supplier from 2 to 3 weeks delivery:

  • Additional Charges: Please contact us directly for detailed information regarding additional charges for larger or heavier items and furniture.
  • Kerbside Delivery: Deliveries for large or heavy items will be made to the kerbside of the delivery address only. Couriers will not enter the premises, nor will they deliver items up or down stairs. It is advised that the recipient arrange for assistance to be present for unloading.
  • Dispatch from Supplier: Some beauty equipment and large or heavy items are dispatched directly from our suppliers. Consequently, delivery times may range from 2 to 3 weeks, or longer in certain cases due to transport delays or force majeure events.
  • Transport Delays: Beauty for LTD. accepts no responsibility for delays caused by transport issues leading to late deliveries. In the unlikely event of any delays, you will be notified via the email address registered to your account.
  • Force Majeure: Beauty for LTD. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Overseas delivery:

  • New Procedures: Following the United Kingdom's exit from the EU on January 1st, 2021, all orders are now classified as exports. Consequently, no VAT/TAX will be charged on overseas orders.
  • Cost of Carriage: The buyer is responsible for the cost of carriage, which will vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, the buyer may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Beautyfor does not take responsibility for the amount charged on clearance and import taxes.
  • Delivery Delays: While we provide estimated delivery dates, please note that delays may occur due to a backlog of exported goods from the United Kingdom. The times quoted are given in good faith but are not binding. Beautyfor accepts no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery, as these are carried out by a partner service on our behalf.
  • Payment: Beautyfor will only accept payment for any overseas orders by bank transfer (BACS). The received amount must cover all banking fees and be equal to the sum stated in the invoice.   • Delivery Dates: All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith but shall not be binding. Beautyfor Ltd. accepts no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery, as these are carried out by courier companies on our behalf.
  • Dispatch Times: Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase, you will be notified by email or delivery note with an estimated delivery date. Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments, with items sent separately as 1 out of 2 deliveries and products to follow as 2 out of 2 deliveries.
  • Next Day Delivery: Next day delivery applies only to items that are in stock. It does not apply to items sent directly from our supplier, large or heavy items, or products marked as "Shipped direct from supplier" or "Pre-Order."
  • Assisted Delivery: If you require assisted delivery, please contact us directly before placing your order so that we can make suitable arrangements. An extra delivery charge will apply for this service.
